[Diversify Architecture] Club x MODA is designed to introduce BIPOC middle- and high-school students to the field of architecture and provide them with a space to discuss ideas and create design projects, all while learning from architecture and design professionals and college students.

Since preparation for becoming an architect starts now — in the middle and high school years — being part of a [DA] club shows colleges that you have taken the initiative to learn more than was required about architecture, and it introduces you to potential college references. It also gives you the chance to work on a design portfolio: a collection of projects that can include sketches, photography, paintings, sculpture, or any number of other artistic endeavors that show colleges your creative potential.

The [DA] Club x MODA is open to BIPOC middle- and high-school students in the metro-Atlanta area. Students participating in MODA's [DA] Club will visit architectural studios and other sites.

This program is a collaboration with [Diversify Architecture], a not-for-profit organization that develops programs to reduce critical barriers to success that minority communities face in the architectural training pipeline.
