Exhibition-Specific Field Trip

The following field trips are relevant to our current exhibition.

Designing a Pasta Brand

For Grades 2 – 12

During this in-museum field trip, students will explore pasta design, branding, and marketing. We’ll look at the rich history of pasta, from ancient civilizations and Italian pastas to its status as a beloved global dish. We’ll discuss culinary innovators like James Hemings, and students will learn about the evolution of pasta shapes, the art of packaging, and the power of a strong brand identity.
